Snail mail not slow enough for you? Best things come to those who wait? Often the most enjoyment from a trackable is waiting on it’s return journey, having traveled around the country or even the world; picking up stories and photos along the way. In the past we have had several requests from Geocachers wanting us to release coins on their behalf; rather than the more traditional post and courier options they choose to set a mission for the trackable to find it’s way to them, sometimes to the other side of the world. The best example of this is Destination Sweden, to Xrim .More recently we have been sending out our own Kiwi Geocoins as gifts in our promotions: A smile, a surprise, a small thanks… and The Gems in your life
. Response has been so good, we decided it would be fun to offer this release method as a delivery option for coins, travel bugs and other trackables on our store (including our ready to go range). With every trackable you wish to have released; we will provide a free travel assistant, plastic bag, photo of your trackable and the cache it was placed in, and will print off a mission statement of your choice to travel with your trackable. Because we wont be posting your trackable there is no postage fee (unless you order additional items). Read on for more information…

How will it all work? Simply choose your trackable and add to your shopping cart. At checkout enter the following discount code: RELEASE This will deduct the postage amount from your order. Select New Zealand as your delivery country (Check the postage is $6.95) and go ahead with placing your order. We will then contact you by E-mail with your coins tracking number so you can activate it in your Geocaching account. You send us the coins mission statement we can print off to accompany your item. We then “grab” your coin/bug on Geocaching.com and place it in a nearby cache. We will take you through each step if you are new to trackables. Sit back and watch the logs as your item makes it way to you or what ever mission you set.
