All prices shown on Geocaching-Zone.co.nz are stated in New Zealand Dollars. For approximate Currency Exchange rates we recommend xe.com

Payment Options:

We currently offer:

• Credit Card payments
These payments are processed via PayPal, you Do Not need a PayPal account to pay by credit card, more information is available here.

• Manual Payment
via Direct Deposit / Internet Banking

When using any of the Manual Payment options available, please ensure you include your Full Name and Purchase Number (provided when your order is placed), this allows us to quickly process and ship your order. We allow 7 days from date of order placement to date of fund clearance. If you anticipate a delay with regard to the funds please Contact Us so that we know it’s on the way

Placing an Order:

We stay in touch with you through every step of the order process.
You will receive an email from us:

1. When you have placed your order
2. When we have received your order
3. When payment has been received / cleared
4. When we have shipped your order

We strive to process your order as quickly as possible. All orders placed (with payments cleared) before 2pm Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays) will ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:30pm or on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next available business day.

Manual Payment orders will take slightly longer to process as there is a delay while funds are being transferred from your bank account to ours. You will be notified once your payment has been received and is showing at our end

Shipping Options:

Nationally:

We use New Zealand Post for Shipping via ParcelPost™ Tracked and charge a flat rate of $5.00 for Postage and Packaging to New Zealand destinations. NZ Post offer a 1-3 working day delivery target for this service. We will send you the Tracking number of your delivery you can then track your parcel online at: Track and Trace. Internationally:
We are happy to ship items overseas

Our shopping cart is set up to automatically process orders shipped to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Ireland, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, USA and has a flat rate shipping fee of $9.95 but not all products available on our store are suitable for shipping Internationally, as such, we reserve the right to withdraw any product from an order placed (with full refund) or provide you with a quote for an alternate shipping option and additional shipping charges.

We are happy to ship to other countries not listed above so don’t hesitate to Contact Us with the items you would like to purchase, the destination so we can manually calculate and quote the shipping for you. . If you require more information please see our Shipping Information page.

Customs duties and import tariffs, if any, and postal insurance are the responsibility of the purchaser.
