For national and international orders we ship via New Zealand Post

We strive to process your order as quickly as possible. All orders placed (with payments cleared) before 2pm Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays) will ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:30pm or on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next available business day.

Shipping in and around New Zealand

We charge a base postage rate of $6.95 for Postage and Packaging for all items shipped within New Zealand, this is based on the recent price increase (28 March 2008) set by NZ Post for ParcelPost™ Tracked.

This allows us to ship items:

260mm x 325mm x 70mm
up to 3kg

which provides:

Online Tracking at at: NZ Post Track and Trace
Nationwide coverage
Delivery within 1-3 days (depending on your location)
Compensation for the value of your order up to a maximum of $250

International Shipping

Our cart is set up to automatically process International orders to:

with a flat rate shipping fee of NZ$9.95 (New Zealand). We have found this price to be suitable for the vast majority of international orders but we reserve the right to amend this on a per order basis as not all products are suitable for international shipping at this rate
e.g. Cache Kits, multiple large cache containers
or suitable at all and cannot be shipped overseas
e.g Amo Containers
If the products ordered far exceed the flat rate shipping we reserve the right to temporarily hold the order while we contact you with an amended quote for shipping.  You may withdraw any product from an order placed (with full refund) if the amended quote is not acceptable.

We do ship to other countries not listed above but due to item weight(s) and location issues these orders will need to be calculated manually.

1. The items you would like to purchase
2. Your full postal details (including Post Code)
3. Your preferred shipping method (International Courier Express, International Courier Economy, International Post Air Mail, International Post Economy)

USA and Canada $10.50 - $12.60

Note: NZ post does not currently offer a reasonable overseas Insurance rate or service for international shipments so all prices quoted above DO NOT include postal insurance. We will send you a quote for Insurance if you would like to ship via this method.

Customs duties and import tariffs, if any, and postal insurance are the responsibility of the purchaser.
