It can not only fit in 35mm film canister geocaches, but it can also fit perfectly in match-containers and small candy boxes and still leave plenty of room for the log and another small item. We even got two of these in one match-container comfortably with the chains attached and a long log sheet. Without the chains, we could fit four of them in a match container geocache with a log sheet. But don't let its small size fool you because its' shape is what makes it so versatile. It measures just over 1.25" tall and can be easily seen attached to a traveling item or when traveling alone. It also has large tracking numbers that don't require you to strain to read them.
